Most of our moulds are manufactured and serviced in our tool making facility located in Cape Town.  Using the latest technology and state of the art CNC machining capability our moulds are manufactured using through-hardened steel (56 Rockwell) to guarantee flash-free repeatability over many years.

We also follow strict mould care and maintenance procedures to ensure efficient, high quality production and the maximum lifespan of our moulds.
